Philles Collect Canned Goods

The Philadelphia Inquirer, Citizens Bank, along with the World Champion Philadelphia Phillies, collected canned goods and non¬perishable foods as part of the Inquirer’s 180th anniversary Food Drive for Philabundance at the Paint the Town Red event on April 1, 2009 at 15th and Market St at lunchtime.
Goya Foods and Hatfield donated food as part of the food drive. The drive brought in nearly 3,000 pounds.
