The Ritz Carlton’s 10 Arts Bistro & Lounge by Eric Ripert is cranking out a new tasting menu that will benefit Philabundance.

Inspired by Eric Ripert’s Le Bernadin in New York City which offers a special prix fixe menu dedicated to the City Harvest food bank in New york City, the new tasting menu has been carefully crafted by Top Chef Alumnus and Chef de Cuisine of 10 Arts, Chef Jennifer Carroll, and is available for lunch and dinner. For each tasting menu ordered, $1 will go directly to Philabundance and help drive hunger from the Delaware Valley.

The three-course lunch menu and five-course dinner menu features local meat, fish and produce. Menu items are expected to change routinely so check back often for the latest tasting menu.
