Chef Nathan Volz of 10 Arts Demos Dish at PCK
Chef Nathan Volz of 10 Arts Bistro & Lounge by Eric Ripert at The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia visited our Philabundance Community Kitchen (PCK), a culinary arts vocational training program for low skilled workers, to demo a dish from his new spring menu. He prepared his Wild Striped Bass Ceviche, with a Thai chile-lime vinaigrette, jalapeno and mint.
Since July 2011, The Ritz-Carlton and 10 Arts have partnered with Philabundance to drive hunger from the region through donations from a seasonal tasting menu offered at the 10Arts restaurant. One dollar from every lunch or dinner tasting menu ordered goes
directly to Philabundance. 10 Arts has donated more than $2,100 to date helping Philabundance provide 4,218 meals to families in need in the region. Additionally, the 10 Arts and The Ritz-Carlton team volunteer each month at Philabundance’s Hunger Relief Center.
