| Position Summary |
The Senior Manager – Volunteers is responsible for overseeing the Volunteer Department on a day to day basis. The Manager is also responsible for the Internship program of PHLB as well as overseeing the Americorp VISTA program.

| Position Summary |
The Manager of Annual Giving is responsible for the management, growth, and stewardship of the organization’s donor base, fundraising gift appeals and annual gifts made to community. Some of the responsibilities include: working with the Director to create, coordinate and implement the Annual Direct Mail Plan and related stewardship efforts for the donor base; Coordinates with the Director to identify and implement the long-term, multi-year strategy for developing the donor base and the maximizing fundraising revenue as culminated in the Philabundance Public Fundraising Plan;Working with Amergent, to produce the Monthly Activity Report for management on a timely basis, and special reports as needed; Create and maintain queries and reports from Raiser’s Edge on a regular basis.

- • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum of two of experience in business development and fundraising roles.
• Understanding of nonprofit fundraising, and current practices in annual giving.

This is an active position that requires evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities include: pre-trip inspection of truck, following pre-set schedule of pick-up and deliveries, safe food handling, staying in contact via dispatch radio, completing accurate paperwork, loading and unloading truck, and providing great customer service to our donors and agencies.

The CFC is a choice food pantry located in North Philadelphia where customers shop, choosing what they like from a wide variety of (free) items. Program interns will have direct contact with customers and may assist with all aspects of daily operations. Duties include intake assistance, direct food distribution, promoting the program, recruiting volunteers, assist with program development, basic office support in addition to regular communication with CFC staff, volunteers and customers.
