Join us for a full-service lunch prepared by our current aspiring culinary professionals.  Student teams are developed to collectively present original and classic appetizer, entrée and dessert dishes. This is a great opportunity for food service organizations to sample the current class talent and potentially scout for potential interns. Students are graded on their presentation, timeliness, teamwork and creativity.
