Larry Friends & Family and Emily Neblock Live in Concert
Progressive Folk-Rock favorites Larry Friends & Family return to Steel City Coffeehouse on October 25, 2014 for an encore performance following their SOLD OUT appearance there in November of 2013. The power of lifetime friendship has returned the band to rare reunion performances on the live stage, bringing back the powerhouse vocal harmonies they pioneered in the 1970’s. From each performance, the band donates their share of ticket sales to a worthy cause. The band’s proceeds from this year’s performance will be donated to Philabundance – Driving Hunger from our Communities! Welcome LF&F back to Steel City on October 25th and be a part of this special event for a great night of music featuring original songs from their album “Cycles”, signature interpretations of classic favorites, and support of Philabundance’s battle to end hunger in the Delaware Valley.
Emily Neblock, well known for her beautiful voice, joins Larry Friends & Family to share the bill at Steel City on October 25, 2014, in what is sure to be a night to remember. She writes honest, jazzy folk songs that captivate audiences. She has been compared to an edgier Norah Jones and a more soulful Joni Mitchell. As an experienced performer, Emily gracefully opens her heart onstage, hoping to touch something real and living in each of us. She is based in Downingtown, PA and has recently recorded her first single “Breaking Through” that touches her audiences, musically and poetically, to their core. Emily will donate her share of ticket sales on October 25th to the Sphere College Project.
