Philabundance Gets 29,000-Lb. Chicken Donation

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A Philadelphia-based anti-hunger organization has received a large donation from a national food processing company.

There was loud applause from the loading dock at the South Philadelphia warehouse of Philabundance as a tractor-trailer from Tyson Foods backed in to unload 29,000 pounds of chicken to help feed the region’s hungry.
