Recent College Grad Walking from Pittsburgh to Phila

A 22-year-old Pittsburgh man is walking to Philadelphia in an effort to raise funds and awareness about homelessness and hunger.

KYW’s Karin Phillips reports that Adam Brok says he has become increasingly concerned about homelessness and hunger in Pennsylvania. He wanted to do something, but he just graduated from college and there was no money. So he decided to walk to Philadelphia – a 365 mile walk – to hand out fliers and talk to people about hunger and homelessness.
