Getting Help

Are you in need of food assistance? You’re not alone—nearly  900,000 people throughout the Delaware Valley  find themselves in a similar position. Philabundance is here to help you get food on the table through our direct neighborhood distribution programs and our network of nearly 500 food cupboards, emergency kitchens and shelters throughout the region. The easiest way to find a program or member agency in your neighborhood is by calling our emergency food  help line:

To learn more about any of these options, please call our Help Line:

CSFP/senior box—Commodity Supplemental Food Program boxes provide qualifying seniors with 30 pounds of canned and boxed food including vegetables, fruit, juice, pasta, milk, cereal, canned meat and a non-meat protein and fresh cheese every month. A nutritional newsletter containing recipes and information is included in each box. Click Here for full eligibility requirements.

Member Agencies—Philabundance could not reach the many Delaware Valley residents facing hunger were it not for our network of  nearly 500 member agencies. Comprised of neighborhood food cupboards, shelters, emergency kitchens and other social services such as daycare and senior centers, our partner agencies are on the front lines each and every day, helping to distribute millions of pounds of food to our neighbors
who need it most.
