The Rising Stars Awards recognize up-and-coming chefs, pastry chefs, sommeliers, mixologists, and artisans from around the country that represent future leaders of the national culinary scene. Each year, StarChefs.com selects four American markets in which to name its Rising Stars. Candidates are nominated by previous winners, local media, the StarChefs.com Advisory Board, and through the StarChefs.com website and editorial research.

General Admission includes the tasting gala where guests will experience the Rising Star winners’ award-winning dish and enjoy live music, complimentary beverage pairings and signature cocktails. *VIP Tickets include the awards ceremony and an exclusive private reception with Champagne and Petrossian Caviar. Following the awards ceremony, guests will be invited to Lounge on Tier 2 for the Tasting Gala. Hosted by Chef Adam DeLosso of Garces Catering, the walk-around tasting gala will give diners the opportunity to experience 18 of Philadelphia’s top restaurants in one location, for one night only.
