Administrative Manager, Community Food Programs

Ensure the successful execution of efforts and initiatives that support Community Food Programs (CFP). CFP establishes and manages relationships with the agencies that receive Philabundance food. The main focus of the role will be in the areas of Compliance, Quality Control, Volunteer Management, Departmental Purchasing and Staff Development.

Coordinator, Sustainability

Philabundance is seeking a Coordinator for the Sustainability Department who will work to advance new small scale food recovery initiatives. These initiatives reduce retail food waste and gets food directly into the hands of people that need it by connecting retail food donors directly to Philabundance agencies. The coordinator will be directly responsible for launching our new Feeding America and Starbucks FoodShare partnership with the goal of rescuing food from 90 Starbucks locations in the Philadelphia region.

We’re seeking a Director to work with current staff to develop an ongoing growth strategy and business plan for the next phase of PCK. This will include an expanded culinary arts job-training, meal production, and managing construction of a new facility that will house a commercial kitchen and training facility.

Manager, Children's Meals

The Philabundance Community Kitchen (PCK) is a combined culinary arts workforce development and meal production program that has been helping underserved communities since 2000. Reporting to the Director of PCK, the Manager, Children’s Meal Programs will have an in-depth understanding of the demand for prepared children’s meals in our service area and to help develop partnerships to help deliver meals prepared by PCK where appropriate.

Warehouse Support Clerk, Berks & Galloway

The Warehouse Support Clerk role will efficiently and accurately complete each of the following warehouse support-related tasks: shipping and warehousing of all product from scheduling of dock time through storage to distribution. This role also requires that the ability to effectively communicate warehousing needs as well as respond to the support needs of the warehousing team at both Philabundance (PHLB) warehouses (Berks & Galloway).
