Chief Development Officer/Sr. Vice President of Development

Philabundance is seeking an experienced fundraising strategist and relationship builder with a history of innovation in campaign and donor development to support and enhance the Delaware Valley’s largest hunger relief organization. The CDO position will be in charge of growing an existing fundraising revenue stream of $12.9M, including an annual fund that successfully attracts over 70,000 gifts from over 44,000 donors annually.

Coordinator, Agency Programs

The coordinator role will be focused on expanding children’s meals in the 9 county service area served by Philabundance. The coordinator will have an in-depth understanding of the demand for prepared children’s meals in our service area and assist in developing appropriate distribution channels to deliver meals prepared by the Philabundance Community Kitchen (PCK).

Coordinator, Member relations

The Member Relations Coordinator fulfills administrative and customer service functions to support the member agency network and the Berks office location. Job duties include managing incoming business at the agency pick up window at Berks as well as communicating internally and with member agencies via phone, email and in-person.

Director, Government Affairs and Advocacy

Lead advocacy and legislative work on all policy issues and oversee policy development work to advance Philabundance’s objectives to end hunger while increasing both private and government food and funds for the people we serve. This includes focusing on food waste legislation, tax incentives, and government funding for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, the State Food Purchase Program, the PA Agricultural Surplus System, the Neighborhood Assistance Program, and other programs.

Director, Philabundance Community Kitchen (PCK)

We’re seeking a Director to work with current staff to develop an ongoing growth strategy and business plan for the next phase of PCK. This will include an expanded culinary arts job-training, meal production, and managing construction of a new facility that will house a commercial kitchen and training facility.
