All of our shifts are listed on our volunteer calendar. At this time we are unable to accommodate requests outside of the shifts listed on the calendar.
Yes, the Volunteer Department staff can provide a standard form to verify hours or sign documentation that you bring in. Please ask for this at the beginning of your shift. All court-ordered community service hours must be approved ahead of time. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the application to complete court-ordered community service.
Hunger Relief Center Volunteers must be 18 years or older to volunteer.
Yes, please! We accept donations of all non-perishable food during your volunteer shift. Check out a list of our most needed items.
You can check out all of our volunteer opportunities on our online calendar. If you create an account on our volunteer portal, you will be alerted when new volunteer opportunities are posted. You can also follow us on social media, including FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube to see the latest about special upcoming opportunities.
Volunteers must wear closed-toed shoes (no sandals or flip flops allowed) and comfortable clothing. Specific attire instructions will be sent to you in your confirmation email when you register for a shift.
Free parking is available at the Hunger Relief Center. For other volunteer sites, we will list parking instructions on the program where you sign up.
