2022 Hunger Action Month Virtual Food Drive*

Virtual food drives are a more economical and impactful way to give!

If you’re unfamiliar with virtual food drives, they are a more economical and impactful way to give to communities facing hunger. Instead of driving to the store, purchasing food to donate, and then dropping those items off at a donation location, a virtual food drive happens entirely online. Through funds donated during the virtual food drive, Philabundance is able to buy food at wholesale prices, saving you money. It’s a win-win! Just grab your computer or smartphone, visit our virtual food drive portal, and get started making a bigger impact for our neighbors in need.

Did you know that you could host a virtual food drive? To learn more about registering as an individual, team or organization, or joining an existing team, click here. Our easy-to-navigate website will walk you through the registration process.

Once you’ve successfully registered, try a few ways to secure support:

  • Share on your social network: Once logged in and registered, you’ll be prompted to connect your fundraiser to Facebook. Follow that prompt and encourage your network to help fight hunger!
  • Set a goal: Try creating a fun competition with your family or friends to see how much you can raise to help fight hunger throughout the Delaware Valley!
  • Set a date: Giving people a deadline creates urgency and encourages them to support your drive.
  • Click here for more tips and ideas on how to make your virtual food drive a success.

We could not do this work without your generous support, our Hunger Heroes.

Your Philabundance friends, including Kate Flannery, thank you!

Award-winning actress Kate Flannery, aka Meredith Palmer from the hit series The Office, is 100% behind our mission! The Philabundance team met the Philly gal during last year’s Camp Out for Hunger, and she’s back to help us make a difference.
