While we didn’t win on the field, we did win off the field as we faced off against our Feeding America partner, St. Mary’s Food Bank, in Phoenix, AZ. During this year’s playoff run, Philabundance launched a friendly competition with our friends out West to raise funds for hunger relief while bringing awareness to food insecurity in each of our regions.
Both cities came out swinging!
We’re pleased to announce Philabundance raised more than $37,000 and St. Mary’s raised over $31,000. The generosity of our respective cities is immeasurable and will help both of our organizations to provide much needed food to the communities we serve.
