Huddle to End Hunger Totals

Thank you to everyone who donated to the Huddle to End Hunger Challenge!

While the Philadelphia Eagles didn’t bring the Lombardi trophy home this go around during Super Bowl LVII, they’re still champions in our hearts! Thanks to the momentum of the Super Bowl hype and excitement for our Birds, Philabundance scored a huge win off the field to help feed our neighbors in need.

Following the Eagles NFC championship victory, we launched the “Huddle to End Hunger” challenge against our sister food bank serving Kansas City, Harvesters – The Community Food Network, with  both organizations’ goals set  to see who could raise more money to help feed our neighbors who are food insecure.

We’re thrilled to announce that we are the winners of this campaign. Thanks to over 500 generous donors, we were able to raise nearly $116,000 in donations that will allow us to provide even more nutritious meals to the Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey communities we serve. Our friends from Harvesters collected more than $42,000.

Through our collective efforts, we’re beyond grateful for the outpouring of support and thank each and every one of you for showing the love in our City of Brotherly Love!
